Daniel Elliott Hoy, age 28 of died Saturday December 19, 2015 in his home. Born October 1, 1987 in Elizabeth City, NC. He is the son of Kerwin and Donna Payne Hoy.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Yonna Jones Hoy of Ocean Side, CA. Three brothers: Jeremy Hoy of Raleigh, NC, Andrian Hoy of Wanchese, NC, and Nathan Hoy of CA. One sister: Victoria Hoy of Whiteville, NC.

There will be no services held at the families request.
