Loris, SC

Mr. Barry Gordon Wright, age 62, died Thursday, February 11, 2016 in the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, Charlotte, NC.  Born August 17, 1953 in Horry County, SC, he was the son of Helen Gore Wright of Loris, SC and the late Bobby Gordon Wright.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters: Tammy Wright McDonald and husband Bobby of Charlotte, NC, Anita Wright Dobbs and husband David of Birmingham, AL; seven nieces and nephews: Amy McDonald Daugherty and husband John, Andrew McDonald and wife Ashley, Matthew McDonald, Meredith McDonald, Meagan Dobbs, Molly Dobbs, and Ryan Dobbs.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 2 PM in the New Life Baptist Church, Tabor City.  Burial will follow in the Spivey Cemetery, Tabor City.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.
