William ‘Andy’ Carlyle Spivey, age 67, died Monday, April 6, 2020 in the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center, Wilmington, NC. Born November 29, 1952 in Horry County, SC, he was the son of the late Carvin and Blanchie Grainger Spivey.
He is survived by his wife: Daphne W. Spivey of the home; two sons: Kent Spivey of Loris, SC and Anthony Spivey and his wife Eve of Fair Bluff, NC; two daughters: Kristy Hincher and her husband Philip of Loris, SC and Kristy Cartrette and her husband Mickey of Clarendon, NC; two step sons: Don Watson of Burgaw, NC and Robbie Lanier and his wife Wendy of Benson, NC; one brother: Tommy Spivey of Texas; seven grandchildren, six step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Spivey.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Myrtle Green Cemetery.
