Ms. Wanda Jean Godwin Berry, age 65, died Tuesday, May 3, 2016, in her home.  Born April 28, 1951 in Columbus County she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ethel Kersey Godwin. 

She is survived by one son: Joey Russell Berry (Michelle) of North Myrtle Beach, SC; one daughter: Carla Berry McNabb of Lumberton, NC; one brother Jimmy Godwin of Clarendon, NC; and three grandchildren: Brittany Wrenn, Jordan Wrenn, and Raegen McNabb.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by three brothers: Joseph Garry Godwin, Sammy Dean Godwin, and Harry Jerome Godwin.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.

A Graveside service will be held Saturday May 7, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the McPherson Cemetery, Chadbourn, NC.
