Vivian Grainger Brewer, age 73, of Tabor City, NC died Sunday, August 16, 2020 in the McLeod Loris Hospital, Loris, SC. Born April 20, 1947 in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Russell Grainger and Dorothy Mae Prince Grainger.
She is survived by her husband: George Franklin Brewer of Tabor City, NC; two sons: Kevin Brewer (Cindy) of Memphis, TN and Benjamin Brewer (Alicia) of Santa Cruz, CA; one brother: Eddie Grainger (Faye) of Tabor City, NC; one sister: Margie Malone (Sam) of Cornelius, NC; and four grandchildren: Benjamin, George, Joaquin and Mateo.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother: Larry Eugene Grainger.
Visitation will be held Sunday, August 23, 2020 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held Monday, August 24, 2020 at 11 AM in the Carolina Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Iron Hill Baptist Church, 24320 Peacock Rd., Tabor City, NC 28463 or Carolina Baptist Church, 2401 Church Rd., Green Sea, SC 29545.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, social distancing will be observed and all attendees are encouraged to wear a mask.
