Mr. Theodore P. Kosloski age 84 died Monday, November 2, 2015 in the Lower Cape Fear Hospice & Life Care Center, Bolivia.  Born April 19, 1931 in Long Island New York, he was the son of the late Raymond Kosloski and Edith Stepnowski Kosloski. 

He is survived by two daughters: Cheryl Anne Iorio of Syracuse, NY, Lorrine Sommer of Brooksville, FL; one son: Richard S. Kosloski of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; one brother: Raymond Kosloski of Cary, NC; five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice & Life Care Center, 955 Mercy Lane SE, Bolivia, NC  28422.
