Texford Ray Watts age 67, of Tabor City died Monday January 27, 2025, in his home. Born in Lexington, NC. He was the son of the late Sherwood and Effie Gray Watts. He is survived by one son, Danny R. Watts of Tabor City, NC, one brother, Tony Cleveland Watts of Tabor City, four sisters, Annette Pruitt of Tabor City, NC, Karen Lynn Watts of Tabor City, NC, Frances Gablehouse of Clarendon, NC, Deborah Phillips of Tabor City, NC, and five grandchildren. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Woody Watts;  two sisters, Sherry Nayle and Patricia Watts; and one brother, Calvin Sherwood Watts.

There will be no services.
