Steve Barnes age 67, of Tabor City, died Sunday, December 8, 2024 in his home.
Born in Horry County, SC he was the son of the late Bill and Genice Turbeville Barnes.
He is survived by his wife, Susie Strickland Barnes of the home. Three sons: Stephen Barnes (Magan) of Trinity, NC. Will Barnes (Nicolette) of Peoria, AZ., Eric Barnes (Carroll) of Tabor City, NC. Grandchildren: Jazmine, Giluliana (Shane), Alexuz, Ava, Hunter, Brady, Reed, Nicholas, Abby.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Mike Barnes and one sister, Shirley Dew.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm in Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 2:00pm in Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Norris Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
