Stephen Gary Buffkin, age 71 of Tabor City, NC died Friday, July 30, 2021 in his home. Born October 29, 1949 in Marion County, SC, he was the son of Eva Marie Stephens Buffkin and the late James Roy Buffkin.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Donna Rouse of Winnabow, NC, two special nieces, Jeannie Marie Solis and Jonna Michele Baker and three nephews.
