Mr. Roger Dale Watts, age 70 of Tabor City, NC died Sunday, August 11, 2019 peacefully at home. Born November 11, 1948 in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late Coley Blease Watts and Estie Mae Strickland Watts.
He is survived by his wife: Linda Diane Benoche Watts of the home; one daughter: Angela Watts Tompkins and husband Tony of Tabor City, NC; one son: Roger Dale Watts, Jr. and wife Heather of Clarendon; one brother: David Earl Watts of Tabor City, NC; three sisters: Retha Cribb of Wilmington, NC, Ann Williamson of Kannapolis, NC and Jenny Daniels of Green Sea, SC; three grandchildren: Heather Williams, Blake Soles and Collin Milligan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Ronald “Ronnie” Watts, CB Watts and John Watts.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Carolina Baptist Church Cemetery, Green Sea, SC.
