Ralph Frederick Tatman Jr. age 69, of Tabor City (formerly of Alton,IL) died April 1, 2026, in his home. 

Born in Highland, Illinois.  He was the son of the late Ralph Frederick Tatman Sr. and Irma Bella Hagler. 

He is survived by his wife, Diane Marie (Bevfoden) Tatman of Tabor City, children, Stephen Tatman (Jennifer) of Tabor City, NC., Heather Johnson (Kenny) of Bethalto, IL., two sisters, Judith Rigdon of Pana, IL., Pegeen Wiseman of Godfrey, Il., six grandchildren, Jacob Tatman(Jarrah), Abraham Tatman, Isaac Tatman(Jayla), Isbella Ricci (Stefan), Stephen Tatman Jr., Olivia Johnson, three great-grandchildren, Ryder Tatman, Luke Tatman, Brysen Tatman. 

Memorial services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, April 9, 2026, in Iron Hill Baptist Church with military honors. 

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.
