Priscilla Jean Norris Godwin, age 68, of Tabor City, NC, died Friday, July 16, 2021 in the McLeod Loris Hospital, Loris, SC. Born April 3, 1953 in Rock Hill, SC, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Junior Norris and Ilete Jean Hodge Norris and the widow of David Thelton Godwin.
She is survived by one daughter: Wanda Jean Dye of Tabor City, NC; two sons: Terry Edward Rogers of Bristol, TN and Wallace Jason Rogers of Tabor City, NC; three sisters: Debbie McDaniel, Judy Hodge and Lisa Thompson; two brothers: Dale Norris and Dennis Norris; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons: Jerry Neal Rogers, Jr. and Cary Edwin Rogers; and one brother: David Norris.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 20, 2021 from 7 PM to 9 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 11 AM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Dewey Junior Norris Cemetery, Frank Norris Rd, Tabor City, NC.
