Paul Hewett, 81, died Saturday, March 4, 2023, at his home in North Myrtle Beach. Born in Green Sea, he was a son of the late McDuffie and Sally (Fowler) Hewett.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ann Hewett, of the home; two sons, Greg (Janet) Hewett of Nakina and Marcus (Christina) Hewett of Lodi, CA; one daughter, Sheila (Ricky) Martin of North Myrtle Beach; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Mack, Tommy, and Lonnie Hewett.
Visitation will be in the Inman Ward Funeral Home chapel from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 7. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 8, also in the Inman Ward Funeral Home chapel, with Rev. Ricky Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Dulah Baptist Church Cemetery.
