Nolan "Tiger" Coltan Phillips, III

Nolan Coltan “Tiger” Phillips, III, age 63 of Nakina, NC, died Friday, May 17, 2024 in his home surrounded by loved ones.  Born October 16, 1960 in Myrtle Beach, SC, he was the son of the late Nolan Coltan, Jr. and Betty Long Phillips.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Michael Phillips and one sister Shirley Phillips.

He is survived by one daughter, Heather Phillips and fiancé, Jeremiah Hewett of Nakina, NC; one brother, Lester Phillips and wife Liz of Ash, NC; two sisters, Linda Phillips of Ash, NC and Wanda McMurray of New York; five grandchildren, Kaylee Etheridge, Jaiden Etheridge, Raven Watts, Chloe Hewett and Karly Hewett; and special friend, Jenise Phillips.

A Memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM on May 26, 2024 at the Fellowship Hall at Lebanon Methodist Church.
