Mary Judith (Harrison) Spivey

Mary Judith Harrison Spivey, age 79, died Sunday, August 27, 2023 in Shoreland Health Care, Whiteville, NC.  Born April 11, 1944 in Portsmouth, VA, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Harrison and Annie Leola Baines Harrison and the widow of Earl Dale Spivey.

She is survived by two sisters, Joyce Elaine Harrison Ganus of Portsmouth, VA, and Teresa Loueva Harrison of Portsmouth, VA.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Earl Dale Spivey, Jr.; and three brothers, Raymond Allen Harrison, Joseph Harvey Harrison, and Sidney Fred Harrison.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 1, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
