Mary Jane Cooper age 86 died Saturday in New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC.  Born in Columbus County, NC she was the daughter of the late Tallie Lewis Blackburn and Dollie Sarvis Blackburn. She was the widow of Walter Cooper.

She is survived by three nephews: Cecil Blackburn Jr. of Whiteville, NC. Jimmy Blackburn of Clarendon, NC. and Tommy Blackburn of Whiteville, NC.

Preceded in death by two brothers Cecil Blackburn and Claude Blackburn

Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 2:00pm in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.

Visitation will be held following the service in the cemetery.
