Mrs. Linda Faye Ward Norris, age 69, of Tabor City died Saturday, May 26, 2018 in Columbus Regional Healthcare System, Whiteville, NC. Born October 26, 1948 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late John David and Kathleen King Ward.
She is survived by her husband: Norman Neil Norris of the home; five daughters: Lesia Nobles and husband Paul of Clarendon, Beverly Tyler of Myrtle Beach, SC, Angie Ward and husband Jackie of Nakina, NC, Wendy Norris of Tabor City and Catherine Amanda Norris of Tabor City; one son: Neal Norris, Jr. and wife Michelle of Tabor City, NC; one sister; Joyce Graham of Loris, SC: two step brothers: Rodney English of Fayetteville, NC and Michael English of Laurinburg, NC; twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one grandson: John Jace Norris.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the Freedom Original Free Will Baptist Church with burial to follow in Mitchell Soles Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
