Linda Diane Cartrette age 72, died Thursday, August 17, 2023, in home.

Born in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Bryant Jasper Williams and Elneta Fowler Williams. She is survived by her husband of 52 years John Mack “JM” Cartrette of the home, one daughter, Amy Rogers (Timmy) of Clarendon, NC, one son John Marty Cartrette (Brandi) of Clarendon, NC, one sister, Sarah Jane Hardee of Loris, SC, six grandchildren; Haley Ward, Hunter Long, Zachary Rogers, Michael Cartrette, Jonathan Cartrette, Rhiannon Cartrette. Five great-grandchildren; Carley, Mackenzie, Tucker, Paisley, Annaleigh.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Patsy Martin, June Hilburn.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 3:00pm in Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Cartrette Family Cemetery located at the home 3460 Williams Rd. Clarendon, NC. 

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
