Linda (Ward) Bryant

Green Sea, SC

Linda Ward Bryant, age 70, of Green Sea, SC, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2025, in her sister’s home surrounded by her loving family.  Born August 17, 1954 in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Carl Junior Ward and Evelyn Thomas Long Ward.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Carlisle Bryant.

She is survived by her children, Wendy Fowler Parnell (Donald) of Nakina, NC, Tabitha Lynn Grice (Jamie) of Whiteville, NC, and Ethan C. Scott of Green Sea, SC; siblings, Dale Ward of Whiteville, NC, Chris Ward of Green Sea, SC, Teresa Suggs of Loris, SC, Cindy King of Ash, NC, and Tammy Black of Green Sea, SC; grandchildren, D.J. Whitehead, Kayla Wright, Whiteney Patrick, and Sebastine Grice; great grandchild, Sadie Grace Calhan; step grandchildren, Brandell Parnell and Cammi Parnell; and special companion, Michael Causey.

A graveside service will be held Monday, April 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Green Sea Cemetery.

The family will receive friends following the service in the cemetery.
