Lennie Wayne Carteret

Lennie Wayne Carteret, age 64, died Sunday, October 8, 2023.  Born August 10, 1959 in Hollywood, FL, he was the son of the late Lonnie Carteret and Katherine Hewitt Carteret.

He is survived by one son, Phillip Huggins (Kim) of Conway, SC; one daughter, Stephanie Carteret of Conway, SC; five sisters, Sarah Lewis of Nichols, SC, Serona Carteret of Green Sea, SC, Vi Norris of Green Sea, SC, Robin Fox of Myrtle Beach, SC and Teresa Buchanan (Dennis) of Loris, SC; two grandchildren, Alec, and Layla and companion, Angie Wiebel.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Veronica Henderson; one brother, Timmy Carteret; and two brothers-in-law, Rusty Lewis and Harry Norris.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Riverside Cemetery.
