Kenneth "Catfish" Wayne Soles

Kenneth Wayne "Catfish" Soles, age 64, died Sunday, June 26, 2022 in the First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC.  Born June 16, 1958 in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late Wilmer Soles and Hazel Irene Hardie Soles.

He is survived by one daughter, Candy Hernandez of Loris, SC; one brother, Raeford Soles of Aberdeen, NC; one sister, Reba Cartrette of Whiteville, NC; eight grandchildren, Dustin (Acie) Soles, Joesph Soles, Orlando Hernandez, Galilea Hernandez, Isaac Hernandez, Madeline (Ethan) Martin, Malorie Soles, and Ryder Soles; two great grandchildren, Timber Soles and Lakota Martin; and a daughter-in-law, Danielle Larrimore.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Dewayne Soles; three brothers, Lewis Soles, Wilbur Jacob Soles and Thomas Soles.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 2 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Myrtle Green Cemetery.
