John Mack "JM" Cartrette

John Mack “JM” Cartrette, age 74, of Clarendon, NC, died Sunday, November 17, 2024.  Born October 17, 1950 in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late John Austin Cartrette and the widower of Linda Diane Williams Cartrette.

He is survived by his mother, Alma Lois Hinson Cartrette; one son, John Marty Cartrette and wife Brandi of Clarendon, NC; one daughter, Amy Rogers of Clarendon, NC; two brothers, Rev. Bobby Cartrette of Clarendon, NC, and Randall Cartrette of Whiteville, NC; one sister, Frances Gore of Clarendon, NC; six grandchildren, Haley Ward, Hunter Long, Zachary Rogers, Michael Cartrette, Jonathon Cartrette, Rhiannon Cartrette; and five great grandchildren, Carley, Mackenzie, Tucker, Paisley, and Anna Leigh.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 22, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Cartrette Family Cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the Chapel.
