Jerry Mitchell Arnette age 84, of the Carolina Community, died Friday, October 17, 2025, in his home. Born in Horry County, SC., he was the son of the late Henry Clayton Arnette and Cecile Grainger Arnette.

He is survived by one daughter, Angie Arnette Black (Sammy) of Lake Waccamaw, NC., one son, Andy Arnette (Cheryl) of Troutman, NC., two sisters, Marjorie Marylyn Luneau of Charlotte, NC., June Gayle Wallace of Hartsville, SC., two grandchildren, Brandon Arnette (Kathrine) and Maggie Lancaster.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Diane Arnette and Genelle A. O’Neal and one brother, Dale Arnette.

Funeral services will be Monday, October 20, 2025 at 2:00pm in Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with private burial in the Carolina Cemetery, Green Sea, SC.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
