Jeanette Josephine Livingston, age 85, of Tabor City, NC passed away Monday, April 27, 2026 in McLeod Seacoast Hospital, Littler River, SC.

Born June 18, 1940 in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Archie McCoy Norris and Zellie Nobles Norris.

She is survived by one son, Winfread Livingston (Debbie) of Tabor City, NC; three daughters, Sarah Kenney (Mark) of Tabor City, NC, Karen Combs (Billy) of Aynor, SC, and Sherry Mincey (Dale) of Tabor City, NC; three brothers, Rev. Hollon Norris (Shelby) of Tabor City, NC, Rev. Steward Norris of Tabor City, NC, and Casey Norris (Lori) of Tabor City, NC; three sisters, Alene Tyler (Jack) of Tabor City, NC, Priscilla Mills of Whiteville, NC, and Hattie Todd of Conway, SC; eleven grandchildren; twenty nine great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Earl Livingston; two brothers, Felton Norris, and David Lee Norris; three sisters, Alice Cockerham, Faye Booth, Eleanor Cottom; one grandson, JR Kenney; one great grandchild, Angel Cartrette; and one great-great grandchild, Ryland Cartrette.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 30, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
