James Kevin Norris

James Kevin Norris, age 51, of River Rd. Tabor City, NC died Saturday, April 24, 2021 in his home. Born January 14, 1970 in Columbus County, NC he was the son of Sonja Todd Norris and the late James Homer Norris.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Karla Norris of Tabor City, NC. One daughter, Amanda Brisson Norris of Cary, NC., two step sons, Jeff Goeden of Wilmington, NC., Justin Goeden of Longs, SC. One step daughter, Jordan Goeden of Saugerties, NY., One brother, Todd Christopher Norris of Johns Island , SC. Grandfather, H.B. Todd of Tabor City, NC.

Four step grandchildren: Teegan Goeden, Skylan Goeden, Michael Rothe, Merrick Rothe.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Esther Todd, John Homer Norris and Lula Long Norris.  

Graveside memorial service will be held Wednesday April 28, 2021at 3:00pm in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.

Family will receive friends following the service in the cemetery.
