Harry Lee Lyles Sr. age 90, died Friday, July 28, 2023 in Mcleod Loris Hospital, Loris, SC. He was the widower of Louise Powell Lyles.

He was a retired veteran from the U.S. Army and a member of New Life Baptist Church, Tabor City.  

He is survived by two sons, Michael Lyles (Mary Lou) of Beebe, AR., Harry Lee Lyles Jr. (Dawn) of Myrtle Beach, SC., one daughter, Cindy Marie Cox (Terry) of Green Sea, SC., five grandchildren, Brandon Cox, Alison Branch, Stacy Baysden, David Lyles, Blake Lyles. Fifteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, Roma Lyles and Mittie Rebecca Tolbert Lyles, one granddaughter, Lisa Renee Lyles Harris and one great-granddaughter Savannah Grace Harris.

Family will receive friends Monday, July 31, 2023, from 9:15AM until 10:15AM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services to follow at 10:30AM in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
