Glennie Lovette Fowler age 81, of Tabor City, NC., died Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in her home surrounded by her family.
Born in Horry County, SC., she was the daughter of the late Clyde Lovette and Artie Mae Buffkin Lovette King.
She is survived by her husband, Donnie Lee Fowler of Tabor City, NC., two daughters, Regina Fowler (Timothy) of Loris, SC., Wendy Fowler Gore (Nickey) of Tabor City, one son Nicole LaDon Fowler of Tabor City, one brother, Wayne King of Whiteville, NC., one sister, Dixie Lovette Cox of North Myrtle Beach, SC., four grandchildren, Zachary LaRue Fowler, Kendall Renee Fowler, Savannah Gore Nye, Chase Nicolas Gore, one great-grandchildren, Saylor Renee Nye.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by stepfather, Grover Cleveland King, three brothers, Harold Lovette, Dale Lovette, Mitchell King, two sisters, Jeanette Lovette Grainger, and Clydia L. Clemons.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 11:00AM in the Iron Hill Baptist Church with a private burial at a later date in Myrtle Green Cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour before service in the church.
