Fred Joseph Bailey, 69, died Friday, April 28, 2023, in New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. Born in Pasadena, TX, he was a son of the late Leonard and Thelma Louise (Rose) Bailey.
He is survived by one son, Daniel Bailey; one daughter, Crystal Swain; one step-daughter, Carol Allsbrook; one sister, Janice Ward; and one nephew, David Desfonds and his wife, Mandy.
