Ethel Aileen Williams, age 72, died Friday, January 10, 2020 in her home. Born March 11, 1947 in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Golie Richard Jacobs and Mary Aileen Jones Jacobs and the widow of Robert Lee Williams.
She is survived by one daughter: Robin Brown and husband Johnny of Clarendon, NC; three brothers: Mitchell Jacobs of Leland, NC, Thurman Jacobs of Southport, NC and Marvis Jacobs of Lumberton, NC; three sisters: Kathy Gore of Old Dock, NC, Doris Inman of Shallotte, NC and Estelle Jacobs of Lee Summit, MO; and two grandchildren: Tiffany Brown and Matthew Brown.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant son: Robert Lee Williams, Jr.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 13, 2020 at 3 PM in the Chadbourn Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.
