Emery Neil Smith Jr. age of 52 of Cerro Gordo, NC died Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Born in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of Emery Neil Smith of Nakina, NC, and Martha Jenkins Smith of Cerro Gordo, NC.
In addition to his parents he is survived by one daughter, Jada Ivey Smith Martinez (Sean) of Danville, VA, one son, Andrew Jacob "AJ" Smith of Stuttgart, Germany, one grandson, Kanan Paul Martinez.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 1, 2025 at 3:00pm in Cypress Branch Church 1067 Small Rd Fair Bluff, NC 28439 with Rev. Tim Moore officiating.
