Elicia P. Sellars, 45, died Saturday, March 4, 2023, in Hallsboro, NC. She was a daughter of Carolyn (Richardson) Fowler and the late J.C. Fowler.

She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Fowler of the home; three daughters, Brianna Porter (Dylan) of Mullins, Taylor Porter (Robert Power) of Whiteville, and Desiree Luther (Zach) of Chadbourn; one brother, Kevin Fowler of Clarendon; one sister, Tonya Stevens (Joey) of Tabor City; and five grandchildren, Paxton, Peyton, Madison, Carson, and Acelynn.

She was preceded in death by her father and her former husband, Jimmy Dale Porter.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 7, 2023, in the Smith Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service in the cemetery.
