Dottie Jean Gerald age 75, died Saturday, May 27, 2023 in McLeod Loris Hospital, Loris, SC.

Born in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Walter T. Nealey and Freida Soles Nealey.

She is survived by her husband, Winfred F. Gerald Sr. of Loris, SC, One daughter, Beverly Gerald (Nova) of Leland, NC, two sons: Richard Jenrette (Cory Bryant) of Nashville, TN, Winfred F. Gerald Jr. (Traci) of Loris, SC, one grandson, Michael Cruz Gerald of Loris, SC, one sister, Mary Martin of Tabor City, NC.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers; Roy Nealey, James Nealey, Johnny Nealey and Walter Nealey.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 2:00pm in the New Home Baptist Church Cemetery corner of Dows and Cane Branch Rd. Loris, SC.

Family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
