Donna Ruth Phillips, age 87, of Tabor City, NC, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2026 in Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehab Center, Whiteville, NC.
Born December 7, 1938 in Allegheny County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Richard E. Phillips and Romayne Leddon Phillips.
She is survived by one son, Thomas Werner of Tabor City, NC; one brother, George Phillips of Oakmont, PA; and one sister, Carol Paul of Greensboro, PA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Phillips and Wayne Phillips.
