Debora Faye Milligan, age 71, of Tabor City, NC, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026 in McLeod Loris Hospital.
Born June 20, 1954 in Charlotte, NC, she was the daughter of the late Eldred Frinly Milligan and Mona Faye Soles Milligan.
She is survived by two sisters, Jo Ann Neese of Tabor City, NC and Catherine Bogart of Myrtle Beach, SC; aunt, LuRay Thompson; nephews, Bradley Bogart, Chris Todd and Jerry Todd; and nieces, Sarah Hewett and Shannon Rowan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Blaine Milligan and niece, Sierra Neese.
A memorial graveside service will be held Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Porter Cemetery.
