David Hal Beck, age 75, of Whiteville, NC, died Thursday, September 4, 2025 in his home.

Born November 9, 1949 in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late John Dawson Beck and Mary Kathaleen Andrews.

He is survived by his wife, Clara Coleman Beck of the home; one daughter, Donna McCrackin of Nichols, SC; one son, Travis Beck of Mullins, SC; two brothers, James Dale Beck of Nakina, NC and Bobby Ray Beck of Clarendon, NC; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Horace Beck and Jack Beck.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 8, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Christian Harvest Center, 10526 Hallsboro Road, Whiteville, NC.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Christian Harvest Center with burial to follow in the Pine Level Baptist Church Cemetery.
