Darlene Stevens Reese Cannon age 62, of Tabor City, died Thursday, September 4, 2025. 

Born in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late James Edward Reese Sr. and Patricia Diane Stevens Spivey. 

She is survived by her "Second Mom" Jeanette Cartrette of Loris, SC., sisters, Charlene Reese of Baltimore, MD., Michelle Tyron of Loris, SC, Denise Strickland of Loris, SC and Lori Norris of Tabor City, NC; brothers, Mickey Reese of Loris, SC., Jerome Reese of Whiteville, NC., nine nieces and nephews and her beloved fur baby "Dewie". 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 4:00pm in Freedom Original Free Will Baptist Church 1280 Swamp Fox Hwy East Tabor City, NC 28463
