Daniel Errol Wright, age 73, of Tabor City, NC, died Sunday, August 1, 2021 in his home. Born January 11, 1948 in Hartford County, MD, he was the son of the late Thomas Deleon Wright and Annie Ruth Hardee Wright.
He is survived by two daughters: Samantha Adrienne Wright Harrison and husband Matthew of Whiteville, NC and Jennifer Paige Ward and husband Anthony of Chadbourn, NC; two sons: Adam Lee Wright and wife Kara of Knightdale, NC and Christopher Evans Wright of Wilmington, NC; one brother: Gwynne P. Wright of Tabor City, NC; six grandchildren: William Ethan Adams, Weston Luke Ward, Rini Harrison, Isaac Harrison, Brielle Faith Wright and Alexis Hope Wright; and special friend: Tammy Aleo of Loris, SC.
He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Wright Cemetery, Minos Meares Rd., Tabor City, NC.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
