Charlie Barney Tyson, Jr., age 72 of Winnabow, NC, formerly of Whiteville, NC, passed away Friday, January 16, 2026 in the Brunswick Cove Living Center, Winnabow, NC.
Born January 19, 1953 in Robeson County, NC, he was the son of the late Charlie Barney Tyson, Sr. and Ethel Mae Fields Tyson.
He is survived by two sons, Billy Tyson and Aaron Tyson; one sister, Nora Lee Hinson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Felicia Tyson; three brothers, Barney Tyson, James Luther "J.L." Tyson, and William Tyson; and two sisters, Faye Robertson and Margaret Taylor.
No services will be held.
