Carson Heath Ward, Sr., 54, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022, in the McLeod Hospice House in Florence. He was born December 2, 1967, in Horry County, son of Frances Merritt Ward and the late Carl J. Ward.

He is survived by his mother of the home; one son, Carson Ward, Jr. (Haley) of Clarendon; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father and a daughter, Courtney Ward.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.
