Carlyle Hilbourn, age 82, of Tabor City, NC, died Monday, September 30, 2024 in Tabor Commons Assisted Living, Tabor City, NC. Born December 19, 1941 in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late Barcy Lee Hilbourn and Blanche Fowler Hilbourn.
He is survived by three children, Kevin Hilbourn of Littleton, CO, Keith Hilbourn of Littleton, CO, Dawn Hilbourn of Seattle, WA; one nephew, John C. Hilbourn of Nakina, NC; and one niece, Lucy Dameron of Tabor City, NC.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Horace Hilburn, Roy Hilburne, Rev. Dewey Lee Hilbourn; and two sisters, Ovella Evans and Louise Hilburne.
Services will be private.
