Mr. Billy Gene Prince age 79, formerly of Tabor City, died Friday, November 6, 2015 in El Paso, TX.  Born May 9, 1936 in Columbus County, he was the son of the late Abner Kern Prince and Kate Spivey Prince.

He is survived by three sons: Billy Ray Prince of Tabor City, Darrell Wayne Prince of Tabor City, and David Kern Prince of Fabens, TX; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Lydia Olmos Prince; and one sister: Mary Frances Horton.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 13, 2015 at 11 AM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Spivey Cemetery, Tabor City.
