Billy Wayne Nealey age 79, of Tabor City, died Wednesday, October 30, 2024, in McLeod Loris Hospital, Loris, SC.

Born in Horry County, SC, he was the son of the late Hubert and Hazel Watts Nealey.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served in Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Williamson Nealey of the home, one son Dwayne Nealey wife Jamie of Tabor City, one daughter, Donna Nealey Breedlove and Shawn of Wilmington, NC, two sisters, Frances Moore of North Myrtle Beach, SC, Rachel Thomas of Green Sea, SC, four grandchildren, Ryan Nealey and wife Taylor, Loren Breedlove Cervantes and husband Chris, Mason Nealey & Mackenzie Breedlove, one great-granddaughter, Delaney Nealey.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Stevens and Linda Blackwell.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 3, 2024, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm in Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 4, 2024, at 11:00am in Forest Lawn Baptist Church with burial to follow in Myrtle Green Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
