Betty Ward Causey, age 87, of Tabor City, NC died Thursday, May 7, 2020 in McLeod Loris Hospital. Born August 11, 1936 in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Sam Burris and Maggie Blackburn Ward and the widow of Lacey Odell Causey.

She is survived by one son: Michael Causey of Green Sea, SC and a special little buddy: Ethan Cole of Green Sea, SC.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son: Jimmy Dale Causey; half-sister: Frankie Blackburn Quinby and half-brother: Onslow Blackburn.

No services will be held.
