Betty Ann Grainger Buck, age 84, of the Pireway Community, died Thursday, June 12, 2025 in her home.  She was born August 6, 1940 in Columbus County, NC.

She is survived by one daughter, Sheila Buck Powell (Darrell) of Tabor City, NC; one son, Randy Buck (Tammy) of Tabor City, NC; five grandchildren, Stephanie Powell (Justin), Bucky Buck, Miranda Beck (Steven), Corey Buck (Amanda), and Helen Buck; and ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Buck; grandson, Kevin D. Powell; and sister, Louise Grainger Cox.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Pireway Original Free Will Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Jacobs Cemetery, Seven Creeks Hwy, Tabor City, NC.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
