Barbara Duncan McPherson, age 75, of Tabor City, NC, died Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Born March 14, 1948 in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Ratchford Duncan and Lela Fowler Duncan.
She is survived by her husband, Mitchell D. McPherson; three sisters, Lois Cox of Asheville, NC, Hilda Strickland of Tabor City, NC, and Linda Worley of Tabor City, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Willard Duncan.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 21, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 23, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Myrtle Green Cemetery.
