Anita Pearl Gore, age 75, of Clarendon, NC, died Monday, January 13, 2020 in her home. Born July 28, 1944 in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Battle Gore and Macie Belle Thompson Gore.
She was a member of Sweet Home Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sisters: Brenda Gore Godwin and husband Jimmy of Clarendon, NC and Jean Carol Small and husband Billy of Loris, SC; four nephews: Chris Small, Jay Godwin, Jamie Godwin, Jeffrey Godwin; two nieces: Lisa Small Norris, Paula Gore McCaland; six great nephews and three great nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother: Paul D. Gore.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 2 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Gore Cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
