Alex Roblero Obituary

Loris, SC

Walfre Alejandro Roblero Prince of Loris, 27, known to everyone as Alex Roblero, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Grand Strand Medical Center from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Alex was born on December 16, 1998 at Conway Medical Center to Walfre and Wendy Prince Roblero. He graduated in the 2017 class at Loris High School where he was a member of the soccer team he helped get to the state championship. He continued competitively playing soccer into adulthood. After high school he joined his dad working in swimming pool construction, repair, and remodeling.

Alex was charismatic with a dynamic personality. Although reserved he was friendly and accepting. Everyone who met him loved him. He was the best friend of many and always spoke up for people who were bullied or treated unfairly. Alex was guided by compassion to help those in need. He had a love of animals that led him to care for local feral cats that were abandoned nearby. His calm energy was infectious, and he was known for his charming half smirk.

His loss has impacted friends and relatives in the US and through Latin America. Left behind to cherish the memories of his short life are his parents listed above, a brother, Jonathon Parker and fiancé Zowie McPherson, a sister Hannah Roblero Graves and husband Zachary, and nephews Levi Parker and Kai Graves all of Loris, paternal grandmother Bernarda Gonzalez of Huehuetenango, Guatemala and maternal grandmother Sylvia Benton Prince of Clarendon, NC. He also is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and a multitude of friends.

Alex was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Archangel Armando Roblero, and his maternal grandfather, Windell Prince.
