Mr.  William “Bill” Henry Stevens, age 93, died Saturday, June 17, 2017 in McLeod Seacoast, Little River, SC. Born December 11, 1923 in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late Harvey Dewey and Frances Jones Stevens.

He is survived by his wife: Eunice McDowell Stevens of the home; one daughter: Julie Stevens of Wilmington, NC; one son: Jeff Stevens of Atlanta, GA.

He was predeceased by one sister: Madge Hardee; four brothers: H.D. Stevens, Jr., Vernon Stevens, Bermey Stevens and Wayne Stevens.

He was a member of Tabor City Baptist Church and a Master Mason of Tabor Lodge #563.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00p.m, Monday, June 19, 2017 in the Tabor City Baptist Church with burial to follow in Myrtle Green Cemetery, Tabor City, NC. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the Tabor City Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Helping Hands Ministry at Tabor City Baptist Church, 200 Live Oak Street, Tabor City, NC  28463.
