Mr. Timothy Thomas Register, age 60, of Crusoe Island Rd. Whiteville, NC, died Monday, May 1, 2017 in Columbus Regional Healthcare System, Whiteville, NC.  Born January 7, 1957 in Columbus County, he was the son of the late Ellis Jackson Register and Elsie Sarre Register.

He is survived by one daughter: Cherie Lynne Register of Lake Waccamaw; one brother: John Ellis “Jackie” (Hanne) Register of Ash; wife of thirty years: Teresa Register of Nakina; and one niece: Tami Sarre of Jacksonville, FL.

Mr. Register was formerly employed with Holtra Chemical for twenty years.  He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and taxidermy.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 5, 2017 at 11 AM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Eliase Register Family Cemetery
