Whiteville, NC

Richard Jason McPherson age 29, died Sunday, February 2, 2014.  Born in Columbus County, he was the son of Richard Hubert McPherson and Theresa Lee McPherson of Chadbourn, NC.  He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather, Odell McPherson and his Maternal Grandfather, William Howard Lee.  

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife: Kamie Danielle Strickland McPherson of Whiteville, NC; two sons: Jaydon and Graydon McPherson; one sister: Britney McPherson of Chadbourn, NC; Paternal Grandmother: Annette McPherson of Whiteville, NC; Maternal Grandmother: Colene Stubbs Hinson of Whiteville, NC; one niece: Harley McPherson of Chadbourn, NC; two uncles: Avery McPherson and wife Maria of Chadbourn, NC, Jerome McPherson and wife Kelly of Chadbourn, NC.  

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 6, 2014, from 6PM to 8 PM in the Beaverdam Freewill Baptist Church in Chadbourn, NC.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 7, 2014, at 11 AM in the Beaverdam Freewill Baptist Church in Chadbourn, NC.  Burial to follow in the McPherson Cemetery in Chadbourn, NC.
